Oriel is based within the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and the information we collect is governed by the relevant local law and European legislation. It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password, which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We will retain your data whilst you remain a client of Oriel and it will be deleted no later than 6 (six) months after our agreement with you has been terminated or you cease using any of the services of Oriel in accordance with Oriel’s terms and conditions.

The Right to Object to Processing. You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will always ask you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data.

The right of Erasure. You have the right to request that Oriel erase your personal data under certain conditions.
